Who are we ?

Avia Connect Global is a faith-driven nonprofit organization (NPO) with a global team committed to creating more opportunities in aviation for underrepresented individuals.

Founded with a vision to increase access, representation, and leadership in the aviation industry, we connect aspiring aviators, volunteers, and partners worldwide. Through research campaigns, advocacy programs, and leadership empowerment, we stand in the gap for communities that are often overlooked, ensuring everyone has a chance to soar.

Do I need aviation experience ?

No prior experience is required — we provide guidance, mentorship, and opportunities to learn and contribute.
